This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Polymarket Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and any person using the website/application Predictions Market (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), and defines the terms of use of the materials and services provided by the Licensor.
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and services related to forecasts on sports events, cryptocurrency, and political events, available on the website/application Predictions Market.
The Licensor has the right at any time to modify and supplement this Agreement, as well as change the terms of access to the materials and services. The Licensor undertakes to notify the User of any changes to the Agreement by posting relevant information on the website/application Predictions Market.

The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of forecasts on sports events, cryptocurrency, and political events provided on the website/application Predictions Market. The use of materials and services by the User is at the User's own risk.
The Licensor shall not be liable for any losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, and incidental damages incurred by the User in connection with the use of the materials and services provided by the Licensor, as well as for the accuracy and reliability of forecasts on sports events, cryptocurrency, and political events.
Under no circumstances shall the total amount of the Licensor's liability exceed the amount paid by the User for access to the Licensor's materials and services.
This Agreement is effective from the moment of its acceptance by the User and until it is amended or terminated in the prescribed manner.
The Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by the Licensor in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the User.
All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of USA.
This Agreement is an offer and a public offer in accordance with applicable law. Reading the text of the Agreement means the User's full consent to all its terms.
